I walked a 5k today and my feet and hips hurt At my last appointment, my therapist said it would be best if I see someone else because she can’t challenge me enough or I’m too comfortable with her or whatever so in a week or so we’re having another appointment to talk about that and tell my mom and figure out finding someone else for me I’m not looking forward to it
